'''Psycho Mantis''' or by his possible real name '''Tretij Rebenok''' is the Psychic of the FOXHOUND unit he is known for breaking the fourth wall and being a pain in the ass to the unit. He is best buddies with FOXHOUND Member and planned usurper [[Liquid Snake]]. he is identified by the Gas mask he wears stating that he wears it to help prevent people's thoughts from "forcing their way into his mind." Psycho Mantis is a pyromaniac too and doesn't believe in [[Mr. Game & Watch]]'s stupid NPC plans
==Origins==
===Childhood===
Tretij Rebenok had a horrible childhood He was born in some Village where his mother would later die during childbirth where his father would despise and resent him after his birth when he was little he would discover his psychic abilities and therefore read his fathers mind which caused little Rebenok to start fearing that he would kill him and in response killed his dad along with the entire village via arson attack.

After this incident he was kidnapped by [[B.O.O.T.Y.L.I.C.K.E.R.Z.]] and was flying a plane and during the flight he would start wearing his iconic gas mask to help prevent the thoughts and emotions of others from entering his mind. sadly he sensed so much hate and vengeful emotions from someone that someone being [[Colonel Volgin|The Man on Fire]] and blew up the plane surprisingly he'd survive this too and would later be trapped in a B.O.O.T.S. lab for a few years until he could control his powers. not long after he escaped again and awoken Volgin from his coma before leaving again. Later on he would meet the white mamba aka [[Liquid Snake|Eli]] and they became good friends and soon became best buddies. ===FOXHOUND ARC===
Psycho mantis was one of the many people recruited into FOXHOUND by [[Gray Fox]] he was apart of the group along with [[Vulcan Raven]],[[Sniper Wolf]], [[The Sorrow]], [[Geumsaegi]] and [[Vamp]] they were assigned the tasks of dealing with the Furry Army led by recently revived [[Lt. Fox Vixen]] this would later lead to the peace Walker and Ground Zeros Arc.
===Ground Zeros Arc===
Psycho Mantis was a part of the group trying to reclaim [[Paz Ortega]] from the Freaky Society but he noticed that there was 2 bombs in her but he wasn't able to signal the group to get down as they couldn't remove both of the bombs inside her before Fox Vixen Remotely detonated the explosive devices this would damage his mask and show his deformed face along with that he watched Liquid Snake get injured and Raven get killed. Psycho mantis would later run off to base trying to repair his mask. after the ground Zeros Arc he wouldn't return during those missions.
===Freaky Arc===
Psycho Mantis was a part of the agency when they got onto the ship. Currently Tretij Rebenok hasn't appeared during the freaky saga yet.
==Personality==  
In his younger days as "Tretij Rebenok", Mantis rarely spoke and his powers seemed much more amplified. He was aimless in his goals and often sought the company of those who possessed "evil" thoughts such as hatred or a lust for revenge. however he would only mostly talk around his buddy Eli aka Liquid Snake

As he matured, he began to speak more and gained more control over his catastrophic powers. Mantis's work with the minds of serial killers for The Agency caused him to develop insanity. He also held nihilistic views, feeling disgust towards humanity's ultimate lust to simply reproduce, and the "selfish" passing on of one's genes. He even implied that this desire was ultimately the reason why war existed. He would become more fucking insane after the Ground Zeros incident watching his buddy liquid get hurt.
==Appearance==
As "Tretij Rebenok", he possessed tousled red hair, and wore a gas mask and a black straitjacket. By the time of the Ground Zeros Incident, Mantis possessed an emaciated body and a hairless skull while sporting a black bodysuit and a trenchcoat. He had a misshapen nose, with surgical scars and stitching adorning his cranium and lower face, causing Mantis to despise his own appearance to such an extent that seeing any depictions of his disfigured face would force him to break his concentration
