He's also with Bonnie there but even though they occasionally talk and steal stuff together, they're not as close as before due to other stuff in the past but do consider themselves Partners In Crime.

He's also born as an amputee as one of his arms is robotic with many gadgets on it but I think that's a FMA reference.
