The Dark Prognosticus: what will you do at the end of the world? may i see you, once again? (黒の書: 終末なにしてますか? もう一度だけ、会えますか?,⠀Kuro no Sho: shūmatsu nani shitemasu ka? mō ichido dake, aemasu?) is the saga of all time and the sequel toLight Prognosticus: what will you do at the end of the world? are you busy? will you save us?. It is currently estimated to one day become the longest work of fiction to date, spanning decades of seasons, series, video games, films, etc. with it most notably being known for its highly ambitious crossover elements and serving as the largest and most significant crossover in existence that makes garbage like Pooh's Adventures and Loud House: Revamp look like amateurs. Written by , it serves as a satirical crossover project that rejects the Big Five studios’ corporate sludge and acts as a sharp critique of 99.9% fan-fictions found on the internet. Being the "continuation" of the Neo Scary Godmother Wiki storyline, it draws inspiration from Warhammer 40K as the narrative embraces a darkly absurd, over-the-top setting where crossover and fanon concepts are pushed to their logical extremes, creating a dystopian, yet self-aware parody of absolute absurdity. At its core, the Dark Prognosticus dismantles the convoluted melodrama and AI-generated slop that defines modern fanon wikis, replacing it with a more structured, albeit wildly chaotic, vision. The setting is a war-torn, surreal landscape where factions attempt to control over all realities in decline.

Co-created by renowned bilingual schizophrenics, KMJ, Ozzie2009, and The Loathsome Dung Eater, it mirrors Warhammer 40,000’s grimdark setting but reinterprets it in a timeskip within a Neir and World End-adjacent setting where every faction deconstructs the theological and common tropes of light and darkness. Furthermore, taking inspiration from many works both highlighting the use of both underrated and popular franchises and deconstructing corporate narratives for the story. Unlike the worst years of the the Post-Covid era of Fandom.com, this fan-fiction is fully self-aware of its own ridiculousness, embracing it as a core strength through the fun of 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂ism with the final goal to balance absurdity with sincerity.

Through its satire, the story elevates itself above generic fanfictions, exaggeratedly critiquing bad storytelling found across media while also serving as a love letter to the chaotic, unhinged nature of fan creativity when unshackled from corporate control. As this chaotic story goes from a shitpost to war to post apocalyptic to a space opera plot dealing with a complex relic heist, you will feel a variety of different plot threads tying the narrative into a grandiose hitchhiker adventure. Compared to the stagnant and generic good vs. evil narratives represented by Iginio Straffi, Tetsuya Nomura, RWBY, and George Lucas, the story of the saga aims to be much MUCH more complex and grandiose than your standard crossover fanfiction using various complex themes from various mythologies, but most importantly it is also a shitpost fanfic that isn't afraid to get 𝓯𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂. Instead of being another mess of self-insertion and delusional escapism with various etymologies, mythos, and inspiration being used in a way that fails to respect the original mythologies, it stands as a defiant middle finger to the misguided ambitions of brain dead obsessives. In addition, compared to Pooh's Adventure's stagnant typical gang of good goers, this story deconstructs typical hero and villain roles by starring villain protagonists, hero antagonists, many anti-heroes, and various anti-villains.
