Volgarumania is a Stupidhog, they are a Soneec Character who came from the dephs of Deviantart and i don't even know how to describe them. Their tail looks like they shit themselves. Anyways, he was created using a Sonick Character OC Maker and was given a pinch of magic to have his own page. He doesn't do jackshit, appearing during the archie comics where he gloats himself and Ken Penders as he is a dick rider for Ken Penders. Why? Because Ken Penders created Volgarumania The Non-Binary Stupidhog for someone to constantly praise him.

Too bad for Ken Penders, this guy is so hated that people beat him up and she's too weak to fight. Her powers are stupid, she can only do Sonic 1 Stuff and even makes using guns seem not cool.
