NiGHTS is a character from the Sega Saturn game NiGHTS Into Dreams and its Wii sequel Journey of Dreams. They are a key member of the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 SUSiety! and have also gone through the most emotional damage because they lost everything and I do mean everything like what the hell.

Biography[edit | edit source]

Before everything went to shit[edit | edit source]

NiGHTS, Reala, and all the nightmaren were created by Wizeman once upon a time to steal Ideya (dream energy in le NiGHTS lore) from humans in the dream realm. But one day NiGHTS looked into the mirror and realized something... they had a huge dumpy ass. So they got extremely freaky and everyone was scared of them. NiGHTS was too powerful so they rebelled and this made Wizeman pissed because NiGHTS was his most powerful creation. Then Reala imprisoned NiGHTS in an Ideya Palace to contain their sheer freakiness, but two kids by the names of Elliot and Claris freed them and NiGHTS continued their rampage on the nightmaren guys, even defeating Wizeman and Reala. Elliot and Claris realized their whole characters were playing basketball and singing so I guess they accomplished something. Then many years later NiGHTS lives with an old ass owl named Owl and they met two kids named William and Helen. But throughout the journey (of dreams haha get it?) NiGHTS kept getting captured by Reala so the kids had to free them, and they also killed more nightmaren creatures. Then at the end they defeated Reala and Wizeman but because if Wizeman dies so does his creations NiGHTS also died... but then came back post-credits so they're alive yay. Will got gud at playing soccer while Helen played the violin. But then one day, everything went to shit...

Neo Satanists attack and ruin their life[edit | edit source]

NiGHTS and Owl were chilling one day until suddenly a bunch ofLeague of Gangstas entered the dream gate and attacked em. NiGHTS asked what the fuck they were doing and they said they were ordered by Reala and Wizeman to capture NiGHTS once and for all. Owl tried to stop them but he got his ass kicked. The League of Gangstas proceeded to sacrifice Owl and most of the Nightopians to the devil or something while they pinned down NiGHTS. That's when NiGHTS fucking snapped and turned into their true form seen above. They murdered every single one of the cultists in a bloodbath so gruesome it would make Doomguy shit himself and spared no one. But unfortunately for NiGHTS the satanists killed their best friend so they became really depressed and went to the waking world.

The Ristar arc[edit | edit source]

That's when they and Ristar hit it up at Sega HQ. They did everything together; they went on dates, went to the beach, went to church, went to Las Vegas, and they even went to your house. Sonic thought this was gay as shit but neither cared. TFor the first time in a long time NiGHTS felt they were happy : D

BUT THEN NiGHTS found out something that shocked them. Ristar was simping for Hatsune Miku. Yes THAT Miku. NiGHTS was really pissed off and the two got into a huge ass argument. They broke up and NiGHTS was now depressed again. They spent their time moping around in Sonic's house until Sonic got fed up and told them to get a job so they decided to do one thing.

Every night (haha get it) NiGHTS would get freaky with people as long as they consented and were above 18. They first tested this with some Sega mascots but quickly became more and more noticed because they were just that freaky. They got so much money it was ridiculous. Then the 𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂 SUSiety! noticed and NiGHTS became a valuable asset for their team. They're basically the equivalent of a Hydrogen Bomb.

Betrayal ig[edit | edit source]

If losing Ristar wasn't enough, NiGHTS later found out that Helen was actually an NPC AI robot in disguise so that's why her voice acting was so dull. Not only that but Helen also baited Will and lured him to the moon so he got killed by the Lunarians, and that it turns out Ristar was an NPC as well so NiGHTS fucked an NPC. NiGHTS cried for hours after learning this but soon became full of murderous rage again. So now NiGHTS' goal is to avenge Owl and kill the satanists for killing him, and also destroy the NPCs.
