Terry Perry
Terry Perry (also know by Dr. Terry Von Perry as her fursona) is a skilled principle at Galaxy Hills High School(Galaxy Hills, Unova/The Canopy Kingdom) for 20 years straight and has seen some weird bizarre things that made her hate her students especially the sped class.

Personality
She is very much a mixture of Dr. Hämsterviel and various other female archetypes shown in the Manga. She's also been shown to be a rudest principle especially during Masturbation Diaries where she tormented Fanboy and Chum Chum for being Freshmen(Which she obviously hates).
She does have a soft spot though with her cats, pertically with her favorite one, Mr. Whiskers whom is apparently been a immortal vice principle cat for 20 years.
She also has been in Dr. Hämsterviel's flashbacks when she trained him and his band to be the very best but was completely unaware of his ex girlfriend(Fuwa Fuwa) trying to destroy the school with Giri Giri and Kiri Kiri at the same moment.
Although Sky Lark never went to that High School, she met Sky Lark at a 7-Eleven and became good friends portraying her as an easy-going person.

In the episodes, she appeared as a recurring realistic antagonist towards Fanboy & Chum Chum, Kyle, and even the villains like Bob Bobowski.
